"Really nice support team"
I had a issue with my order, but customer service got it fixed really fast. The people I talked to were super nice and made the whole thing easy. Happy with how they handled it.

I ordered from famousdaves.com, and I was a little nervous I’d get fooled by the site or end up with missing stuff like I’ve had happen with takeout before. But everything came exactly how I picked it. The sides were right, the sauces were in the bag, and nothing was missing. It made dinner super easy, so I was happy with it

We used Famous Dave’s catering for an office lunch, and it worked out really well. The ribs and sides showed up hot and on time, which is always a relief, and a bunch of people asked where the food was from. Solid choice overall

"Sides were kind of a letdown"
Not gonna lie, I usually enjoy Famous Dave’s, so I was a little surprised when I was looking through the side options on famousdaves.com and felt underwhelmed.
The meat choices were solid, but once it came time to pick sides, it felt like the same basic stuff over and over. I was really hoping for a little more variety, especially some better veggie options.
The food itself wasn’t bad, but the sides made the whole meal feel less worth it to me. I’d probably hold off on ordering again unless they add a few more choices.

"Easy to Find, Parking Could Be Better"
The place was simple enough to find, which I appreciated. The only downside was the parking, it was tight when I got there. Nothing awful, but it did take a little patience. I’d just plan a few extra minutes if you’re driving.

"Rewards are good, but I felt a little ignored"
I use Famous Dave’s rewards often, and the points do add up faster than I expected. I’ve gotten free sides and a few discounts, and it’s easy to use without any weird hassle. My only issue is that when I had a question about my account, I kind of felt ignored and never really got a clear answer. Still, the rewards themselves have been worth it.

Went to Famous Dave’s last weekend the place was really clean. The tables weren’t sticky or gross, which feels like it should be the bare minimum, but apparently that’s worth mentioning these days. The atmosphere was relaxed, not too loud, and had that nice BBQ vibe going on. The staff actually kept the dining area picked up too, so that was a pleasant surprise. Felt comfortable eating there and, believe it or not, I’d definitely go back.

I was a little nervous going in because of my gluten issue and wasn’t sure how helpful they’d be. But the staff actually took the time to check the menu and point me toward sides that were safe for me. The food was good, and I never felt like I was being annoying or holding things up. I expected it to be stressful, but it ended up being really easy

"I remember feeling relieved by the clear prices"
I still remember how relieved I felt when I was ordering because the prices were right there and easy to understand. No weird surprises at checkout, no guessing what the total would be. It made getting bbq feel simple and stress-free, and I knew exactly what I was paying for.

I ordered from Famous Dave's mainly for the sauces, they’ve got a good lineup. Rich & Sassy is still my go-to, and it was nice being able to pick up a few different bottles in one order. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because one flavor I really wanted was out of stock. Shipping was totally fine though.

"So many options, easy 5 stars"
I ordered from famousdaves.com last weekend, and I was really thankful for how easy it was to find something for everyone. The menu had ribs, brisket, chicken, burgers, sides, and even some lighter options all in one place.
My kids can be picky, so I appreciated that they still found things they were excited to eat. I also liked being able to mix different meats and sides without the ordering process feeling confusing or limited.
Not every BBQ spot makes it this simple online, and the variety really helped. Definitely 5 stars from me, and I’m grateful to have an easy go-to for next time

"Desserts ended up being the surprise hit"
I went on famousdaves.com mainly looking for BBQ, but then I started checking out the dessert stuff too. The bread pudding looked like one of those things I’d regret not trying, so I added it to the order, that ended up being my favorite part.
It showed up warm, sweet, and not dry like some places do it. My kids were into the banana pudding too, so that was a nice little bonus. Nothing too fancy or anything, just good dessert that hit the spot. I’d definitely order this again

"Pretty Solid BBQ Overall"
I tried Famous Dave’s last weekend and, the ribs were good. They had that nice smoky flavor and were tender without being dried out. The sauce was tasty too, with a sweet little kick to it. The brisket was decent, not the best I’ve ever had, but still good enough that I enjoyed it. The cornbread was probably my favorite side, though. It was soft, a little sweet, and just really hit the spot. I’m only holding back from giving it 5 stars because a few pieces were fatty, but overall it was a solid meal and I’d definitely order again.

I ordered pickup through famousdaves.com it was a smooth experience. The menu was easy to find, checkout was fast, and my confirmation came through right away. No confusing steps or random issues, which feels like the fair minimum when you’re ordering food online. I’d definitely use it again.

"Good Food, Just Wish the Portions Were Bigger"
I ordered from Famous Dave’s the food tasted good. The ribs had a nice smoky flavor, and the sides were fine too. I did notice the portion size right away though, especially when I opened the box and saw how much space was left around the food. For the price, I was expecting just a bit more, maybe an extra scoop of sides or a couple more bites of meat. Nothing was bad about the meal, but I’m not totally sure the value is there unless you’ve got a coupon or there’s some kind of deal going on.

"App made grabbing ribs way easier"
I used the Famous Dave’s app to order dinner, it was smoother than I expected. The menu popped up fast, the prices were easy to see, and I didn’t have to dig around forever just to add my sides.
Pickup time was right on, and my saved card went through without any drama. If anything, I’m annoyed at myself for still calling in orders for so long when this only took a few taps. Way easier

Had ribs and grabbed a couple drinks with them — the drink options were solid. I kept looking at the menu because there were a bunch to choose from, and the ones we tried all tasted good. Nothing too crazy, just a nice match with the food...

"Gift card worked without any drama"
I bought a Famous Dave’s gift card from the site for my dad, and I was a little nervous at first because you never know online and I didn’t want to get tricked or end up with something that didn’t work. But the checkout was simple, the email came fast, and my dad used it at dinner with no issues at all. Everything went exactly like it was supposed to.
